Based on the work of each WG over the first year of activities, ROSEnet is happy to announce the launch of the Knowledge Syntheses Series.
Purpose
The Series comprises five knowledge synthesis papers in all, with each document focusing on a different domain of exclusion. These papers provide an analysis of state-of-the-art research knowledge, identifying critical gaps that need to be addressed in relation to social exclusion in each area. Some of the papers also highlight where these gaps are creating particular policy and practice challenges in reducing old-age exclusion across Europe.
Approach and downloads
The authors of each paper adopt a slightly different approach, with some setting up specific frameworks of analysis and others utilising a systematic set of search parameters to review the international literature. The majority of the papers draw to some degree on the following scoping review:
